DANIEL JOHNS GROUP
Now in liquidation, the Daniel Johns Group marketed a number of property development projects in major UK cities, including London, Liverpool and Manchester. However, many of the developments were never completed, with most having been closed or never completed.
Regent 88, London and The Element, Blackpool developments have both gone into liquidation.
The AVA Residence, Leeds and Campbell House, Leicester were marketed as student accommodation but operated as budget hotels before being closed.
Gloucester House, Bradford was also marketed as student accommodation but was classified as unsafe so was never opened.
1 Kensington hotel was never completed due to fire damage.
Both One Boulevard, Manchester and Hilux Apartments, Manchester were never built.
The Daniel Johns Group employed sophisticated and targeted marketing campaigns, primarily focusing on international investors. They marketed their projects to investors in countries including Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai.
Sadly, hundreds of investors have lost significant sums of money but we are now actively in the process of making claims to recover their losses.
We currently have claims already underway in respect of Regent 88, London and Hilux Apartments, Manchester.
We are also at the investigation stage for a number of other developments which we believe will likely to go to claim.
Developments we are also currently investigating in addition to those listed above are:
Leighton Hall - Preston
Park View Residence - Manchester
DJ Suites - Blackpool
Regent 88 - Liverpool
If you invested in any of the Daniel Johns developments we would like to hear from you and we will be able to assist you in making a claim for compensation.
